Meet Your Expert in Sleep Medicine, Dr. Julia Whitaker
“After more than two decades in critical care medicine, I saw firsthand how many chronic health conditions could be prevented or improved through better sleep.
I trained at UCLA, Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, University of Colorado School of Medicine and University of Utah School of Medicine. As a quadruple board-certified physician with extensive training in Sleep Medicine, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the powerful role sleep plays in long-term health, performance, and longevity.
My approach to sleep medicine is also deeply personal. When my 12-year-old son was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, I experienced firsthand how difficult traditional CPAP therapy can be. Together, we developed a more effective, patient-centered approach focused on comfort, reducing friction, and using data to guide meaningful improvements.
Today, I help patients optimize their sleep, improve their health, and feel their best through personalized, data-driven care.”
